Dragon's Tank Commander Kent

While Christmas shopping last December I caught a great sale.

While Christmas shopping at KBToys this year I ran across a sale on Dragon's Tank Commander "Kent" (Gulf War). After all discounts the figure was under $15 which for a figure from Dragon is not a bad price. The figure is packed in a standard window box which gives you a view of Commander Kent from the waist up. The box is nicely done and adds to the overall presentation of the figure. I must admit the box is what caught my eye as I was wondering down the isle.

The figure is a standard Dragon figure which articulates and poses well. This figure comes with two head sculpts one with a helmet which is attached to the figure, and one without a helmet that is included in the box. I found it a little more than irritating that the helmet is attached to the head and can not be removed, and the only way to display the figure without the helmet is to change heads.

Both head sculpts look alike and have an awesome facial  expression that give the figure a lot of character. Both heads were painted nicely except for some minor over spray and paint bleeding by the back necklines.

Kent's costume consist of a camouflage uniform and boots. The pants and jacket are well made and have lots of working pockets.

This kit comes complete as stated on the box you get a machine gun utility bag and pistol and holster, Unfortunately no Tank. The only two comments I have here is that the holster fell apart while trying to put it on the figure and the helmet has me perplexed I definitely do not like the concept of two heads.

Summary

For the money paid I feel a received a good value here, the only comment I have is that Dragon Models needs to improve the quality of their work. Commander "Kent" is well worth the $15.00 I paid and is well worth the $29 sticker price.
